Veh: Two Really Good Teams!

During yesterday's pre match press conference Eintracht manager Armin Veh offered his views on the situation. Tonight the Eagles will face Greuther Fürth at 20.15h CET.

Mr Veh, will the match against Fürth be a proper top clash?
Yes, definately, both teams are at eye level with each other. Greuther's squad is now even better than it has been in the previous years, they have a good bench especially. The form on the day will be decisive.

How do you see the opponent?
They have a young and energetic squad. I have great respect for what they build up in the recent years. Two really good teams will meet on Monday, but it will also be a difficult match for us.

Who is going to be in goal?
I will decide that in the morning before the match. I am happy to be forced to choose. Kessler is absolutely sturdy, both are very good goalkeepers and I can rely on them both.

Why was no player sent to play for Eintracht II this week?
I wouldn't have been able to do proper training sessions if I would have left out four players. This way I was able to practice with 10 against 10 and do some tactical work.

How are the injured players?
Benny Köhler was slightly ill but able to train, he is OK again now. Also Bamba Anderson was in training again and hopefully will be able to take part.

What is the aim for the two games coming up - four points?
Four points from these two matches would be a great outcome, that would mean a good starting position for the new year.
