Veh: Go for it right from the start

The Eagles will host Hansa Rostock for the first time in 2. Bundesliga tomorrow (kick-off at 18h CET). The media questioned Eintracht manager Armin Veh in the pre match press conference today - read a summary below.

Mr Veh, how is team captain Pirmin Schwegler?
He has no major problems currently. He did plenty for his back musculature but we cannot say he is fully fit.

Will he play tomorrow?
Yes, if he is feeling good he will play. He is a regular player, one of the few unquestioned starters.

During yesterday's training session the team played mainly football-tennis. Why?
The lads had no full day off this week. On Tuesday we trained intensely, so I wanted to calm matters down on Wednesday.

Are there players from the first team who will play for the Under-23 tomorrow?
Alvarez, Titsch-Rivero, Schmidt and Bell. Although Bell would be ready to play against Rostock. He improved greatly in training but this way he can gain match experience playing the full 90 minutes with the Under-23.

How do you see the opponent Hansa Rostock?
You can say that they have not won a single match this season, you can also say they only lost two. Fact is currently they perform better away from home. I expect them to play very deep against us and to try advancing to the front with fast breaks. So we have to watch out and go for it right from the start.
