Eintracht’s U19s produced an impressive performance to record their first away victory in the UEFA Youth League.
Two goals from Alfie Devine (10’, 38’) left Damir Agovic’s side 2-0 down at half-time but the visitors fought their way back into the game with a magnificent second-half display.
Three goals in the space of seven minutes from Divaio Bobson (47’), Anas Alaoui (49’) and Tim Hannak (53’) gave the Eagles a 3-2 lead which they managed to hold on to until full time.
Eintracht’s courageous display earned them a second successive Youth League victory which lifts them above Tottenham in Group D. With two group games remaining, the Eagles have a realistic chance of qualifying for the knockout stages of the competition.
