Eintracht Frankfurt will have to do without Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe for the next few weeks after the 22-year-old had to go off in the 70th minute of Saturday’s home clash with FC Schalke 04, Aurélio Buta coming on to replace him as a substitute.
Tests have revealed that he has suffered a high ankle sprain, which will require an operation on Monday.
