Eintracht’s second new signing for the 2021/22 season will join the club from Bursaspor on a contract until 30 June 2025.

With 15 matches of the current Bundesliga campaign still to play, Eintracht Frankfurt have already completed their second new signing for next season. Eighteen-year-old striker Ali Akman will join the club from Turkish second-division side Bursaspor on 1 July 2021 after signing a four-year contract valid until 30 June 2025.

The technically gifted centre-forward, who has registered ten goals and three assists in 18 league appearances this season, joins the Eagles on a free transfer.

“In Ali Akman, we’ve acquired the services of one of Turkish football’s biggest talents,” said Eintracht board member Fredi Bobic. “He’s a player we’re hoping to develop and improve over the next few years. Ali will be given the time and support he needs here. We’re happy to have gained a young, highly sought-after player of such ability.”

As well as his preferred centre-forward role, Akman can also operate in several positions across attacking midfield.
