Switzerland and Spain faced one another for just the second time on the international stage this weekend. After former Eagle Gelson Fernandes fired the Nati to a 1-0 victory at the 2010 World Cup, 12 years on the Swiss picked up another victory, 2-1 this time in Saragossa. Djibril Sow was part of the starting XI before being substituted off in the 68th minute.
The Swiss now need only a draw against Czech Republic on Tuesday to stay in League A in the Nations League.
