Sahverdi Cetin to sign professional contract

Cetin, a Germany youth international who was born on 28 September 2000, hails from the Rhine-Main region and came up through the youth ranks at 1. FSV Mainz 05 and SV Darmstadt 98 before joining the Eintracht academy in 2013.

"Sahverdi has already shown in a number of training sessions and training camps with the first team that he has the ability to make the step up," said sporting director Bruno Hübner. "We've obviously kept an eye on his development and we're confident that he'll keep progressing further. He'll train with the first team as much as possible but will primarily play with the Under-19s."
