Randal Kolo Muani will be at this year’s World Cup after all! The French forward has been added to Didier Deschamps’ 26-man squad after Leipzig’s Christopher Nkunku had to withdraw due to injury.
It’s Kolo Muani’s first major tournament with the senior team after the 23-year-old made two brief appearances in September against Austria and Denmark.
Meeting with Lindström
The reigning champions are in Group D, where they begin their defence against Australia on Tuesday 22 November at 20:00 CET. Les Bleus then take on Jesper Lindström’s Denmark on Saturday 26 November (17:00 CET), before facing Tunisia on Wednesday 30 November (16:00 CET).
