Ramaj signs until 2027

Eintracht Frankfurt have agreed to extend the contract of goalkeeper Diant Ramaj, which was set to expire in 2024, by a further three years.

Eintracht Frankfurt are continuing to plan for the future. After getting Tuta to extend his contract, they have got another young gun to commit to the club for the long term in Diant Ramaj, with the goalkeeper agreeing new terms that will keep him at the historic Bundesliga club until 2027. The number two stopper joined the club last summer from 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 and had originally signed through to 2024, before adding another three years to his deal.

The 20-year-old has already proved that he is ready for the rigours of the Bundesliga, having come on in leaps and bounds in his first year with the club under goalkeeper coach Jan Zimmermann and alongside Kevin Trapp and Jens Grahl. He got to make his professional debut for the Eagles on 16 January in the 1-1 draw away to Augsburg, and also made his third appearance for the Germany U20 team last November.
