Eintracht Frankfurt and 1. FC Kaiserslautern have reached an agreement over the transfer of Ragnar Ache. The striker joined the Eagles from Sparta Rotterdam in summer 2020, signing a contract until 30 June 2025.
Ache made 23 appearances across all competitions during his first two seasons with Eintracht, registering a goal and an assist. He contributed to the Eagles’ UEFA Europa League triumph in 2022, making cameo appearances in the quarter and semi-finals.
The Frankfurt-born frontman spent last season on loan at SpVgg Greuther Fürth, featuring in 32 of a possible 34 league games for the Clover Leaves. He registered seven goals and four assists in that time.
The 24-year-old will now continue his career with Kaiserslautern in Bundesliga 2. The two clubs have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transfer.
