In accordance with the statutes, Eintracht Frankfurt e.V. as the main shareholder appoints three members to the Supervisory Board. These are now president Mathias Beck and the two vice-presidents Dieter Burkert and Moritz Theimann.
Theimann has a degree in business administration and has been a member of Eintracht Frankfurt for over 20 years. The 42-year-old has been managing director of the club subsidiary Eintracht Frankfurt ProSports GmbH since 2010; a member of the management board of Eintracht Frankfurt e.V. since 2012, and also a member of the management board of the AG subsidiary Eintracht Frankfurt Event GmbH since July 2022. In December 2022, he was appointed by the relevant bodies as an executive member of the Eintracht Frankfurt e.V. Executive Committee.
Upon joining the Supervisory Board, Theimann will step down from all operational activities within the Fußball AG.
