Jérôme Onguéné loaned to Servette FC

Jérôme Onguéné arrived in Frankfurt in July last year from serial Austrian champions FC Salzburg, but missed the start of the season due to a thigh muscle tear. The 25-year-old Cameroonian was loaned to his former employers during the winter break in 2022/23, but did not make a single appearance due to injury.

Prior to joining Eintracht, Onguéné played 111 times for Salzburg, registering 13 goals and five assists.

Now the aim is for Onguéné, who is back to full fitness, to gain important match practice at Servette, who finished as runners-up in Switzerland last season.
