Eintracht Frankfurt will have to make do without Makoto Hasebe for several weeks after the 38-year-old picked up an injury midway through the second half of Wednesday’s away game at Tottenham Hotspur. Further tests have revealed that Hasebe has suffered a medial collateral knee ligament injury.
Hasebe has made four appearances each in the Bundesliga and UEFA Champions League this season, as well as a further outing in the DFB Cup.
