The new award has been introduced by the DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga in cooperation with the Bundesliga’s official licence partner, EA SPORTS FIFA 19. Six players have been nominated for the October award, including Eintracht stars Sébastien Haller and Luka Jovic.
The other four nominees are Borussia Dortmund duo Achraf Hakimi and Jadon Sancho, Leipzig’s Marcel Halstenberg and Borussia Mönchengladbach’s Jonas Hoffmann.
