Major honour for Kolo Muani

The Eintracht striker is one of 12 Eagles on international duty over the next two weeks, having received his first call-up to the senior France squad.

The Bundesliga season is only seven matchdays old but the first international break has already arrived. Whether it's warm-up games with a view to preparing for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, or the last two rounds of fixtures in the UEFA Nations League, there is plenty still at stake.

Especially so for Randal Kolo Muani, who could make his France debut after receiving his maiden call-up to the senior squad. "Randal's got a lot of quality," said Les Bleus coach Didier Deschamps. "He's got a presence, he runs deep and has good efficiency."

"I congratulated Randal on his nomination and he was smiling from ear to ear," said Eintracht head coach Oliver Glasner.
