The board of directors at Eintracht decided on the successor of Heribert Bruchhagen and employed 44-year old Bobic from June the 1st until summer 2019.
Fredi Bobic (285 Bundesliga appearances for Hertha BSC, Hannover 96, Borussia Dortmund and VfB Stuttgart plus 37 caps for Germany) started his managerial career at Chernomorets Burgas in Bulgaria and later at VfB Stuttgart where he was Sporting Director from 2010 on and became board member in 2013. He will be introduced in a press conference on June 1st.
