Four Eagles on National Duty

Giorgos Tzavellas, Pirmin Schwegler, Sebastian Jung and Cenk Tosun all featured in games for their respective countries on Tuesday and Wednesday. They retained the feeling of being unbeaten which they got used to recently with Eintracht.

Greece left defender Giorgos Tzavellas played the full 90 minutes in the away game against Austria in Vienna. The Hellenic side won the friendly 2-1 with an 81 minute winner.

Pirmin Schwegler was in the starting line up for Switzerland in their home game against Ukraine, one of the EURO 2012 hosts. He was substituted after 66 minutes, with 2-2 being the final result of this friendly in Geneva.

Sebastian Jung and Cenk Tosun both played the full 90 minutes in Germany's Under-21 friendly against England in Wiesbaden. Tosun gave his debut in this game and even scored from the penalty spot to make it 2-0, the final result. Eintracht manager Michael Skibbe was a co-commentator on German TV during the game and confirmed that both Eagle youngsters showed good performances.
