Adi Hütter on…
…Düsseldorf’s set-up: “It’s difficult to say whether Uwe Rösler will go with three or four at the back. We need to be prepared for both. There’s also the question of whether he’ll put us under pressure at home and press, or sit back and counter with the quick players they have. It’s a bit like a lottery. Düsseldorf are compact and powerful, and they’ll do everything to trip us up tomorrow. Despite all that, we want to continue our run and win.”…his team’s approach: “The fact is we’ve started the second half of the season well with six points. Generally I always like to set the team up to play bravely, but at the moment our focus is on tactical discipline and continuing to improve in the coming weeks. The foundations of being competitive in the tackle and playing with discipline are still there. Apart from the long-term absentees, everyone’s fit, which is important.”
…their rediscovered defensive strength: “David Abraham has contributed to the solidity, just as everyone else has. The centre of defence with [Martin] Hinteregger is really strong. As well as that, Kevin Trapp has shown in the two games how valuable he is for us, and the full-backs are also doing a great job. The defending from everyone is very good at the moment.”
