Ndicka out for a number of weeks

The defender suffered a high ankle sprain during the DFB Cup tie away to 1860 Munich.

Eintracht Frankfurt have ended up paying a high price for their qualification for the second round of the DFB Cup. Evan Ndicka, who played the full 90 minutes away to TSV 1860, suffered a sprained ankle as the result of a foul and has a lesion on the syndesmosis at the top of his left foot. It is likely to take him a fair few weeks to recover from the injury.
