“We want three points”

Oliver Glasner looks ahead to what he expects to be an intense game in Bremen, praises Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe and reflects on the positive atmosphere in the Eintracht camp.

Oliver Glasner on …

…the mood in the camp: “We’ve scored a lot of goals and had plenty of laughs in our goalscoring drills. That says a lot about the great atmosphere. It’s just what you need, particularly when it comes to scoring goals. You can’t afford to be tense – focused, but relaxed too.”

…team news: "The personnel situation is looking good. Other than existing absentees Almamy Toure , Aurélio Buta and Ajdin Hrustic, who's not back to 100%, everyone's fit."

…his expectations: "You can't take anything for granted in the Bundesliga. Bremen are a settled team who play really good football. Regardless of the opponents, we need to perform on the pitch. The match is often decided by small details. I'm expecting a high-intensity match. We're going to Bremen with confidence and the clear aim of getting three points."

Kevin has made such a clear commitment to Eintracht - a clear signal for the team and the club.

Head coach Oliver Glasner

…SV Werder Bremen: “Bremen are doing very well. They play with flexibility in their 3-5-2 system. With [Marvin] Duksch and [Niclas] Füllkrug, they have a settled front two. Füllkrug has played in the Bundesliga for years, as has [Leonardo] Bittencourt and many others. Even though Werder are a promoted side, they have a lot of Bundesliga experience in their ranks and a good playing style. They’ve conceded twice in every game so far. They attack with a lot of bodies but also offer space and room [at the back].”

Kevin Trapp: "I'm very relieved and glad that Kevin has made such a clear commitment to Eintracht - a clear signal for the team and the club."

…Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe: "Dina Ebimbe is a great footballer with great energy. He's a top guy, very open and warm. He immediately wanted to know how to say 'Bonjour' in German. I like that!"
