Getting ready for Bayern

Eintracht have begun their preparations for the home match against FC Bayern Munich at Deutsche Bank Park.

Adi Hütter’s team started gearing up for the upcoming home fixture against Bayern Munich on Wednesday morning. Following the 2-0 victory over 1. FC Köln last weekend, the Eagles have three days of training before Saturday afternoon’s showdown with the league leaders.

“We only have a few days, but we still want to do everything to be at our best again on Saturday, when it matters,” said Tuta following the session, which consisted of rigorous passing and match situation drills. Back-up goalkeeper Markus Schubert was also involved following his recent absence due to illness.

Tuta has added motivation against Bayern, having made his full debut for Eintracht in the 5-0 defeat in the reverse fixture. “In hindsight, I would’ve approached it differently and played more aggressively,” admitted the Brazilian. “I regard the return match as my second chance to prove what I’m capable of against Bayern.” That goes for the rest of the squad, too!
