Eintracht to play friendly against Torino

The meeting with the Italian top-flight club will take place on Friday 15 July in Austria.

Eintracht Frankfurt have arranged a friendly with Torino F.C. The Europa League winners will go up against the team who finished 10th in Serie A last season as part of the Summer League, a sporting event organised by Upper Austria Tourism. The match will take place on Friday 15 July at the Hofmaninger-Stadion in Bad Wimsbach, with the kick-off time still to be confirmed. EintrachtTV will be broadcasting live.

The stadium is around an hour by car from Windischgarsten, where Eintracht will hold their summer training camp from 9 to 16 July. The Eagles will also play LASK in Pasching on the first day of the camp.

Torino, like Eintracht, boast a strong tradition. Founded in 1906, the northern Italians have seven league titles and five cup successes to their name. Since last summer they’ve been coached by Croatian Ivan Juric.
