Eintracht submit UEFA Europa League squad

In line with UEFA regulations, Eintracht have named their squad for the Europa League group stage.

The Eagles begin their UEFA Europa League campaign at Olympique Marseille on Thursday 20 September and have now submitted their squad to UEFA, as per the continental body's regulations on players who are eligible to play in European competition.

Changes allowed after group stage

Clubs can register up to three new players for the Europa League knockout phase until 1 February. For example, Eintracht could call up Timothy Chandler and Carlos Salcedo, who are both currently sidelined with long-term injuries.

Defenders: Evan Ndicka, Simon Falette, Jetro Willems, David Abraham, Marco Russ, Danny Da Costa, Deji Beyreuther, Taleb Tawatha, Noel Knothe
Midfielders: Ante Rebic, Gelson Fernandes, Jonathan de Guzman, Filip Kostic, Mijat Gacinovic, Lucas Torró, Francisco Geraldes, Makoto Hasebe, Marc Stendera, Nicolai Müller
Forwards: Luka Jovic, Sébastien Haller, Goncalo Paciencia
