The 26 year old attacker will join on a free transfer from next season onwards and has signed a three year contract. Manager Armin Veh and Sporting Director Bruno Hübner announced the transfer during Friday's pre match press conference.
Rosenthal had his Bundesliga debut for Hannover 96 in 2006 and joined SC Freiburg in 2010. He scored 22 goals in 134 Bundesliga appearances:
