Eintracht awarded licence for 2022/23

The DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga has granted Eintracht Frankfurt a licence to participate in the Bundesliga for the 2022/23 season.

Nahezu einzigartig: Attila als eines von zwei lebendigen Vereinsmaskottchen in der Bundesliga – auch im nächsten Spieljahr.

This was approved without the need to meet any conditions or requirements in terms of fulfilling criteria for economic capability.

“We are pleased that we have again been granted the licence for the 2022/23 season without any conditions or requirements,” said Oliver Frankenbach, chief financial officer of Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG. “I would like to take this opportunity to thank our shareholders, sponsors, partners, fans and also our employees, who have all played their part in keeping Eintracht Frankfurt on course in a challenging economic environment.”
