The German Football League (DFL) has granted Eintracht Frankfurt the licence to participate in the Bundesliga for the 2021/22 season.
Chief financial officer Oliver Frankenbach said: “I would like to thank our shareholders and financing partners for the fact that the licence was granted to us in the primary round of decisions by the German Football League, despite the considerable financial losses triggered by the coronavirus pandemic. This gives us the necessary planning certainty to be competitive again in the coming 2021/22 season.”
