“I hope we can send him a win”

Oliver Glasner has a near full-strength squad to choose from as his Eintracht side look to honour the late Jürgen Grabowski with victory over Bochum on Sunday.

Oliver Glasner on…

…the death of Jürgen Grabowski: “I’d like to express my sympathy to all the bereaved of Jürgen Grabowski. I hope we can send him a win up there on Sunday. Unfortunately I never got to know him personally – I haven’t been here long enough for that – but I’ve heard many great stories about him.”

...personnel: “Ragnar Ache remains sidelined. Danny da Costa is still doubtful because of his pubic bone problem. Apart from that, everyone’s available.”

…Sunday’s opponents: “VfL Bochum are having a very good season and deserve to be in a similar league position to ourselves. They have a very good attack with Holtmann, Blum, Antwi-Adjei and Asano. They also cover a lot of ground in midfield. We respect Bochum, but they’ve picked up the majority of their points at home. Obviously we don’t want to give them any in Frankfurt.”

Our fans are a real asset and I’m hoping to witness a full Deutsche Bank Park again soon.

Head coach Oliver Glasner

…possible changes: “I can rule out complete rotation – I’ve always had bad experiences with that until now. But one or two players might well get a rest.”

…the home support: “25,000 fans are allowed in on Sunday, so the stadium will be half full. There was a superb atmosphere in Seville [on Wednesday]. Our fans are a real asset and I’m hoping to witness a full Deutsche Bank Park again soon.”
