Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe suffered a sprained foot in Eintracht’s last away match at Aberdeen, making him a doubt for the Bundesliga visit to Bayer 04 Leverkusen at 17:30 CET on Sunday.
The Frenchman sustained the injury in the early stages of the Eagles’ final Europa Conference League group game on Thursday and was replaced by Paxten Aaronson after nine minutes.
