Goalkeeper Kaua Santos has sustained a knee injury, with extensive examinations on Friday afternoon revealing a cruciate ligament tear. The 22-year-old will therefore be sidelined for a lengthy period.
Mario Götze, meanwhile, sustained a hamstring injury which will keep him out of action for the time being.
