Five years after the club’s last DFB Cup win, Eintracht Frankfurt is presenting its commemorative jersey for this year’s DFB Cup final in Berlin on 3 June. The final jersey is all white with a black stripe on the front, containing the years of the club’s previous cup triumphs, namely 1974, 1975, 1981, 1988 and 2018. Above it, the Eintracht Frankfurt logo sits proudly in black.
The front of the jersey includes the logo of main sponsors Indeed, who are now celebrating their third final in six years as a partner of the Eagles, the swoosh of apparel suppliers Nike in black, and the badge of this year’s DFB Cup final pairing in the middle in gold. JOKA, who are official cup sleeve partners, feature on the left upper arm of the jersey, while the DFB Cup badge on the right sleeve has already been applied to every jersey. The flocking on the back is in black.
The jersey design will be presented today for the first time at the DFB Cup handover ceremony in Berlin.
Price
The stadium version of the commemorative jersey costs €90 for adults and €70 for children. Members can also get a discount on the final jersey, with adult sizes being €70 as opposed to €90 and children’s €55 instead of €70.
Due to the complicated production processes required, the final jersey will be available for adults and children from around Wednesday 31 May. Definitive information on sales in the fan shops, via the mainaqila app and in the online store will be published by Monday 29 May at the latest. The final jersey will also be available in limited numbers at the Nike Store at the Breitscheidplatz in Berlin and at stands around the Olympiastadion.
