Board members Fredi Bobic and Axel Hellmann extend contracts

The supervisory board have agreed to extend the contracts of board members Fredi Bobic and Axel Hellmann until 30 June 2023.

The new five-year deals will take effect immediately, ensuring continuity at board level at Eintracht Frankfurt. Bobic, Hellmann and supervisory board chairman Wolfgang Steubing will issue further statements and answer questions from the media at a press conference at 10:00 CEST on Friday 9 August. Bobic has held the role of chief sports officer at the club since 2016, while Hellmann has been chairman of Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG since 2012. The 46-year-old solicitor is in charge of the Sales & Marketing, Media & Communication, Spectator Service, Merchandising, Law & Supporter
Affairs and International Projects divisions.
