Nils Stendera

Usually, it is not always easy to be the younger sibling of an entrenched Bundesliga-professional. The expectation pressure is often big and one stands under particularly attentive observation. However, it seems like Nils Stendera did not mind, because the younger brother of Eintracht player Marc Stendera, made a leap into the licensed player division of the eagles and signed a professional contract until June 30, 2022.

As a service provider, the 18-year-old layed the foundation stone, especially during his time as a teenager in the youth academy Riederwald, in which he has passed all youth-teams since playing in Eintracht´s U15 Team, as well as being a standard specialist. Since 2017, the defensive midfielder was announced captain of his team and able to play within 30 matches (3 goals), in his time at the U19. 

Since January this year, the native Kasseler is allowed to proof his talent in front of head-coach Adi Hütter and the professionals, and maybe he will even be able to play a together with his brother Marc in a game for Eintracht. That would be a particular emotional story for the two brothers.
