Küver adds a year to contract

Eintracht Frankfurt have extended the contract of their youngest player, who they acquired ahead of last season, until 2022.

Eintracht Frankfurt and Camilla Küver have agreed to a contract extension for the 18-year-old, keeping her at the club until 30 June 2022. At 1.83 metres, Küver is an imposing presence who can play anywhere across the backline and is quick, strong in the air and eager to come forward with the ball. She made her FLYERALARM Women’s Bundesliga debut on Matchday 4 of last season against SV Meppen and has gone on to accumulate 21 league and DFB Cup appearances for the Eagles.

"Frankfurt is my home and I’m delighted to get the chance to carry on playing for the Eagles,” said Küver. “Eintracht will give me the best possible opportunities to take the next steps in what is still a very early stage in my career.”

“Whole host of different qualities”

"Camilla is an absolute diamond with a whole host of different qualities as well as enormous potential,” said sporting director Siegfried Dietrich, who is delighted that Küver will be continuing down her promising development path with the Eagles. “Her down-to-earth but ambitious personality fits in perfectly with Eintracht Frankfurt. We couldn’t be more pleased that she will be taking the next steps in her career with Eintracht!”
