DFL announced another two games involving the Eagles being broadcasted internationally. These are the games international Eintracht supporters might be able to catch on a non German TV station (kick off times are all on Saturdays at 15.30h CET):

Captain Chris Examined

After an examination by expert sports medic Dr Müller-Wohlfarth it was confirmed that Eintracht’s skipper has a nerve inflammation at the spine. Eintracht team medic Dr Feld had established the same diagnosis before. The Brazilian midfielder will be treated with medication, it is uncertain still how long he will be out of action.

Eagle Supporter to Win the Formula 1?

Keen Eintracht fan Sebastian Vettel is ranked third in the F1 title race with the final race in Abu Dhabi coming up on Sunday. After winning the Brazilian Grand Prix Vettel (with a total of 231 pts) is 15 points behind leading Ferrari crack Fernando Alonso (246) and seven behind Rd Bull team mate Mark Webber (238). Fingers crossed that Sebastian – who was born in Heppenheim near Frankfurt and visits home games of Eintracht regularly – will win the race and the title!

International Echo

The recent successes of the Eagles and the outstanding goal scoring ratio of Theofanis Gekas have not stayed unnoticed. This week the English daily newspaper The Guardian published a summary of the glorious run of Eintracht in TheSportBlog on their weibsite.
