Eintracht Women were victorious in Langen in their first match of the ‘Eintracht in the Region’ campaign. The Eagles put on an attacking display for the roughly 400 spectators at the SSG Langen campus and celebrated a 4-1 win at the final whistle.
“A joy to have an atmosphere like that”
“It was a really great feeling to walk out in front of this crowd here in Langen,” said coach Niko Arnautis. “It felt like a home match. It’s just a joy to have an atmosphere like that, regardless of whether it’s in Frankfurt, here in Langen or anywhere else in the region. We’re also very pleased with the performance overall, so all in all it was a successful friendly.”
